Sullivan Mphahlele’s journey with Siyakhula began while he was still in the employ of Barloworld Equipment. Sullivan identified the strategic role played by small and medium enterprises in economic enhancement and the need by these entities to uphold the requisite governance levels while at the same time playing a strategic role in the supply chain as a business partner to Barloworld.

With a strong academic and corporate background, coupled with experience in finance, tax and auditing, Sullivan embarked on a journey to assist the small and medium enterprise enhance their value proposition to large companies while at the same time help reduce to compliance and administrative burden these small and medium companies bring to large companies.

Displaying a willingness to always assist, Sullivan asserts that the long hours and the sacrifices are all worthwhile. This ensures that the beneficiaries achieve the financial and operational governance which is crucial in running a well-managed business, while at the same time affording management with the opportunity to focus on key aspects of their businesses.
